[FONT=&quot]We have become aware of an issue where players have [/FONT][FONT=&quot]not [/FONT][FONT=&quot]been [/FONT][FONT=&quot]able to get the reward from the Renegades Gift Box at 12:00AM(PDT) on 6/30[/FONT][FONT=&quot]. We addressed it with our developers [/FONT][FONT=&quot]immediately[/FONT][FONT=&#13], and [/FONT][FONT=&quot]have[/FONT][FONT=&quot] appl[/FONT][FONT=&quot]ied[/FONT][FONT=&quot] a fix to our service[/FONT][FONT=&quot] at 6AM(PDT) on 6/30 [/FONT][FONT=&quot].[/FONT]


[FONT=&quot]W[/FONT][FONT=&quot]e [/FONT][FONT=&quot]have applied[/FONT][FONT=&#13] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]another Renegades Gift Box[/FONT][FONT=&quot] to [/FONT][FONT=&quot]players characters who were affected by this issue at 12:00AM[/FONT][FONT=&quot]. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Those players can click [/FONT][FONT=&quot]the book icon on the left side of your game window to open a menu to retrieve a Renegades Gift Box. [/FONT][FONT=&#13]Please be aware that the new box [/FONT][FONT=&quot]can only be opened on Saturday, June 30[/FONT][FONT=&quot]. [/FONT]
