no this is not working as intended
you lose all the speed from haste at a 49% rate whenever you get hit and dark sight triggers, until you recast self haste
so basically dual blades have to train without the speed from haste because of this, where before the revamp, this did not happen.
this most definitely is not working as intended.
before the revamp, max dark sight had no speed penalty
now it does, so it cancels ALL the speed from haste whenever it activates.
remember, advanced dark sight makes dark sight trigger when you get hit.
It makes just walking around an absolute pain.
Might not be working as you want but it is working as intended, a.k.a. is not a bug.
Also Dark Sight doesn't have a "speed penalty" it has a speed bonus of +10 which cancels out the Speed Bonus from Haste and then when you can decast Dark Sight you lose the +10 from Dark Sight and Haste doesn't come back. It is not a bug, just an annoying feature.
