someone who messes with packets just told me something interesting, according to him, all "permanent items" actually expire this day, the game checks this expiration date on the items and displays "permanent" instead. in his words:
he also thinks the PB chair in the renegade shop is the one where you sit on the head, but has no conclusive proof besides this:
don't think anything i'm saying is against any rules, so just sharing, the more you know~ i guess.
edit: he just confirms it's the one sitting on the head, for anyone that wanted it
