ArPen: This is only beneficial in team fights really. Not sure how much of a difference it makes either
If you can't last hit with ArPen though and you're delaying your item build, arpen will be worthless as you'll fall behind.
I'm not talking about advantages and disadvantages of arpen reds here. I'm talking about a realistic situation in which we will have an AP Yi. That is, nowhere above 1400 Elo.
