I claimed the majority. Froggen is one of the best AP mids in the world if not the best, yet if you try running the builds he runs, have fun with that.
The majority is not always right you know.
They both have their advantages and disadvantages.
AD: You can last hit easier which makes laning easier which makes your end game better/come faster
ArPen: This is only beneficial in team fights really. Not sure how much of a difference it makes either
If you can't last hit with ArPen though and you're delaying your item build, arpen will be worthless as you'll fall behind.
