It's the same excuse that was used when the OPQ exp glitch came about, it's the same excuse that was used by MTS merchants who sold hacked items, it's the same excuse used by greedy businessmen in the real world or people sitting on welfare and taking advantage of the system instead of making themselves actually useful and looking for a job they're easily capable of doing.
@the other guy: So you'd expect a store to not give you any kind of refund for a shirt that you noticed had a hole after you bought it?
a better analogy is "i bought the shirt, then the company popped holes through it" they're both terrible though.
he'd be giving FREE service if the skills returned, i know i'd do the same, i'm not planning to refund anyone either, that money is long gone, sucks for the people that bought yesterday, yes, but in the end he's absolutely right
