Last Whisper, arpen reds, arpen masteries (flat and %). 50% arpen plus 21 flat arpen. Master Yi will have about 445 armor at level 18 with Meditation active and a Guardian Angel. Your arpen will bring it down to ~212. BUT if you're someone like Wukong with a 30% armor reduction Q, it's more like 145. That's to say, easily manageable for an AD carry.
