Having no association of the game does more harm than good... the people Nexon hires will have no knowledge of the game and the small details that will help them with their judgment. Ugh.
It really does seem like Nexon is grossly understaffed... and if they do hire someone, it'll be someone incompetent enough to not warrant a high paying wage/salary...
Really, it could just be the American economy. You hear about a lot of companies with major lay offs but we never really hear a lot about Nexon. The only thing I'm going on is that supposedly there's a new CEO and a bunch of people got laid off... and apparently Nexon America is the worst performing branch.
