[COLOR="DarkOrange"]Hmm, I guess I've never really had a problem with low or normal damage. I made a normal-DEX sin, and although I get a lot of insults for that, mainly from my friends/guildies =[, I still enjoy it lots. After I made a gunslinger, I realized it's very similar. My boyfriend made a brawler and he's doing like 2x-3x more damage than I am, which makes me sad sometimes, but MEH! I say. FUN/will not make me want to quit when I need to train > DAMAGE.
Basically, I really enjoy it. I make characters so that they are ENJOYABLE, not to show off my uber damage. I like having fun skills to mess around with - FJ on my NL, dash/recoil and whatever on my gunslinger so far (she's kinda noob xD). Anyways, pride to gunslingers! (:[/COLOR]
