I think it's an armpit, a massive oversight, a miscolor, or the artist wanted Jett to look more "womanly" and added some skin exposure to offset those pants....
She's dressing pretty conservatively for a poster girl since other advertised female characters have some very generous showing of skin. The only thing is that she wears a sleeveless top. I wonder if Jett is the only female character that wears pants and not a skirt?
