Seems to me as if the rates have changed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Nexon said something about the marvel machine running out of prizes.

"The Marvel Machine will only be around for two weeks OR until spins run out - whichever comes sooner! So get your spins while you still can."

Well, I'm not sure what they mean with "or until spins run out".
