Damm, exactly how I thought it would be when I saw the up and down arrows on that skill.

Would you happen to know how many degrees that skill can move around? 45?90,180,360?

Forget what I said before, it's legit almost 360 degrees. You can rotate it pretty much in any direction except direction above or below you, and you can turn while you're mid skill to cover the 180 degrees on the other side.
