KMST 1.2.435 - Luminous

Shining Rod multiplier is 1, damage formula is 1 * (4 * INT + LUK) * MATK/100, like every other mage. You're not required to add into LUK though, and when you use auto assign, it adds everything to INT.

All items except Empress equips had their secondary stat requirements, removed, btw.

I don't even know what they're doing anymore.
