Meditation on the value of potential locks:
Say you want two lines with a 5% chance each. (eg. primary stat) On a 3-line item.
With regular cubes, you need 18x11 packs (12k each) + 7 (1200 each) = 224400 NX.
With potential locks, you need 7 cubes to get 1 line, plus 10 cubes & 10 potential locks to get the second. 19200 total on cubes means the remaining 205,000 NX could be spent on potential locks and it'd be a better use of your money than just buying 200 cubes.
Really the take-home message is, "don't ever try to cube multiple lines if you don't have potential lock"
