It's pretty scumbaggy. But it's along the lines of Gach/Cubes/etc where they exploit the loophole (? is it even a loophole) That you do win something no matter what...it's just happens to blow.

But since there's no cash rewards involved, the laws really haven't caught up with technology I think.
