There's a skill we call it Bullseye in MSEA, Advanced Homing in GMS, in Chinese, it's Endless Pursuit.

The link skill, it's a skill that randomize it's stat whenever you click it and have a random countdown timer before the buff ends. If you want to retain the buff, get NX to extend the timer by 30 days.

Also, you could only link it to another character with the use of a cash item。
