Ticketing system no longer automated

I believe all billingpp emails stopped being answered 3 months after the big cake vs pie fiasco that took place pre-chaos.
Sorry to hear some of your tickets aren't getting answers, but make sure you try and bump them mid day or open new tickets refering to older ones.

You need to close the older ones or they ignore the new ones.

I'm sorry to inform you that your appeal to have your ban lifted has been denied.

However there is a possibility you can have your account reinstated if you clear up the disputed charges. To find out more please contact our Billing Department at the following email address: billingpp@nexon.net.

Be sure that when you send this email, you include both your Account ID and any PayPal Transaction ID's you may have related to the affected account. To retrieve your Transaction ID numbers, please log into the PayPal account from which you made the purchases. Go to the history of that account and click on the purchases you made for NX with Nexon America. There will be a Transaction ID located here.
