The Legend of Korra

Think, it's a documented thing that people can convince themselves of anything being true.

But something tells me that Korra loses her bending in the season finale, then her friends and that chick end up in seclusion, trying to train. Meanwhile, Korra goes on a journey of self discovery, with losing her beinding being the catalyst needed for her to get in touch with the spirit side. She finally gets to meet with spirit-Aang, and through him she goes out on a journey to recover/re-learn her bending, and it takes us through all sorts of loose threads left opened by the last series (such as what happened to Zuko and Mai, and what became of Suki/whatshisface/Tai-Lee, and of Ozai and Azula?) It'll also expose some more details of the politics of the world post-Aang.

Yay pointless speculation.
someone's gonna need to keep me in the loop as to what happens over the next few months. =x

I feel like that would be something the writers could do if they really waned to extend the series beyond 2 seasons. Seeing as they have had this planned out for 2 seasons, I doubt that she'll lose her bending. I do think that she will get the avatar state and Amon will GTFO and start season 2 with a vengeance.
