Looks like I had the wrong one installed. Tongue I installed the 32-bit one, and now Sky works. Thanks!

EDIT: I tried using it for my mech, and the numbers come out odd.
Unbuffed range: 7667~10503
Buffed range: 7641~10468
Primary: 124
Secondary: 873
Attack=cleanAttack=193.64 (I should have 3%att)
How is my buffed range lower than my unbuffed range?

My stat screen shows the buffed range. (7642~10468)
