Sorry about reviving an old thread; I just thought this question does not deserve its own thread:
Does Mechanic's buff apply to Final Cut?
If it does...
Final Cut (w/ decent combat order): Duration & Cool down = 60 & 88 seconds
200 Mech (+20% buff duration) + 120 Mech (+15% buff duration) + 120 Mercedes (4% cool down reduction) + 120 Mercedes: 81 & 81 seconds
