How do you even get that gauge to move?
It's based on damage taken (not number of hits, total hp lost) and usually starts to charge around Manon/Griffey, which can do 1k each, and I'm standing on them to avoid their dispels.
It also drains slowly so if you don't take enough damage it'll never get there in the first place. I usually use the bamboo on Lyka to save some time.
The skills are only allowed to be used, each, once a day though. If you charge it a second time, it just says you already used it on the stage.
