Was having this argument with a friend and was insistent that
At 150% boss 30% ignore or 60% boss 30% ignore.
1) Phantom with Rapidfire, Combo, Threaten ,decent SE+CO is easier to hit Cap than other ranged char.
2) Heros with 60% boss 30% ignore can hit caps easier than other melee classes. Say 3314 str and 260 Attack from weapons and Equips w/o buffs.
So we were sort of wondering what about Mikhail? Does it hit cap easier than say heros?
