Bugs in server alliance

not sure if this is the merges fault or if the function was disabled entirely, but my characters can't receive log out gifts. I get a notice saying to check the CS for my handout and...its empty. Also I THINK theres some glitch with mushroom kingdom. You can keep entering and exiting the tower for "Eliminating the Rest" and get 1.2k exp every entrance while the quest is active.
