Gloves give 40(25%+15% total) compared to set effect's 30.
ok, there's still the 4 bonus of 15 attack though (in the case of partisans, that's 6 extra attack) by themselves, and you'd have to sacrifice your current eye accesory for an untradeable one if you want the bonus 10 attack of the PB set
i like that the benefits of one or the other are pretty marginal, they don't absolutely obliterate, but they're not worst.
