Does this make a battle mage nearly invincible, seeing how the cooldown time of twister spin is rather... short?
On a side note, Panic, Demon Cry, Threaten, Flashbang and other accuracy reducing skills are probably gonna be appreciated when used on that Chaos Pink Bean with 9999 accuracy... :f6:
