I don't understand why you would quantify it with [potentially] because they're lower than Phantom, Dual Blade, Mercedes, and Corsair, with worse utility, they have average at best single target %/s, terrible multitarget %/s, low base attack, low attack speed, and can only wield one weapon potential.

BaMs have the slowest attack speed, range, and alpha strike of any magician, they would by far train the slowest unless they could have Reapers in every platform.
