What happened to Nexon?

I added a comment the second time I was hacked, during the Legend Update. But a few days ago I added a new ticket, and just got another auto response 2 days later.

I even included a NX transaction from someone buying their pomegranate off the MTS with my NX, all I got was 5000 NX compensation, with a promise to further investigate, nearly 6 months ago.

125,000 Maple Points, guess I'll start playing again.

In Game Currency Lost: It was at least 50 million
NX Lost: No NX was lost
Item(s) Lost: 3 Elemental Weapons, 130 Electrical, 130 Fire, and 103 Ice. Some weapon attack work gloves on my paladin.
Details: I've heard you guys were giving out compensation packages. Not sure how you can check, but all 3 of Elemental Weapons, all potentialed were taken, all my mesos, and all valuable untradeable equips

Update Second Hacking

So I've been hacked again, 900million mesos stolen, my Maple Shield, all my weapons, can I get possibly get some help here, I've changed my password I guess I need to change my pic again,(I wasn't aware you couldn't change your pin) I've never shared my account info and this keeps happening.

I was playing from the start of legend, stopped playing for a week. come back to play on demon slayer, and low and behold I'm hacked again.

I'm tired of wasting my time just to get hacked at every turn.

Also my evans robe was stolen, who ever was on my account on the eigth stole me stuff, I didn't even notice on the 11th as I just went ahead and made a Demon Slayer, but all my stuff is gone again.

My maple Karstan on my aran, which I had just started playing again was stolen, also my Archmages potential earrings.

I changed my email, and I changed my password, I don't share my info why does this keep happening?

It's been almost a year, and the only responses I've gotten have been automated, and a 5$ NX credit that hardly makes up for my losses.
