What happened to Nexon?

Got hacked back in 2010 and they finally responded to my ticket after I remade a new one yesterday.

I'm just in shock that they actually finally responded and then to give me that much MP. and that it only took a day to respond..
I guess making a new ticket does help the process go faster with this new team..Seeing as how all of our old open tickets are probably buried so deep they cant even see them..
