Chaining Crash / Bind is back

Yes, I believe it's been done in scania.
It isn't really too hard if you can get the people together.
60 heals@700m each=42b+2.1b+3b v1s+10b v2s= around 55b damage.
Assuming you crashed/bind for 40 sec/60, that would require 82b damage in an hour.
Divide that by (maximum) 30 people, and you get 2.6b hour/person or 43m damage per minute. 43m damage per minute is pretty damn easy.
Cut it to 15 people and you need 86m/min/person which still isn't too difficult.

You can only have 18 people inside.
