Answering tickets in a few hours, patching bugs(kind of), trying to fix the duping, it seems like they're making an effort for sure.
I'm not denying how incompetent they have been in the past, not am I saying that they are the best company ever.
In your camera analogy, the problems are fixed to the point where it doesn't "suck" anymore, yet it's still not close to being the best camera it can be, as it still has problems.
