You need to look no further than yesterday to see an example. It took them a total of 4 hours, in the middle of the night too, to find out that someone ha discovered a channel crash and fix it. This is insane, seeing that people used to use the same crashes for weeks or months on end.
Unless you've been living under a rock for the past couple of years, NexonNA's incompetence led them to the point where NexonKR finally said, "No, fuck this, you're going to manage this game properly from now on."
No one is saying Nexon isn't getting better at this very moment.
