So yeah. Couch burning is like East Lansing's sanctioned form of arson. Multiple times a year, every year. Particularly during March Madness and summer months when people are moving. Seems one of our ultimate frisbee teams even named themselves "The Burning Couch". Hell, couch burning is pretty regular in most college towns.
