What happened to Nexon?

I've yet to get a response about the 170m that went missing from my storage while I took a break from maple a while back. >:c
All these people gettin' two days responses.. I don't think new Nexon likes me.

Both of mine got answered the very next morning.
First:

Second one was about applying the changes to item locks that KMS got(can't be deleted) earlier than they got it(Mikhail patch).
