I would like to inform you can also use your email address to login aside from your account ID as an alternative to login in case our customers had forgotten their Account ID. However, you account ID would still remain and usable in login since it is not possible to remove or change an account's corresponding ID.
If you feel that you are not secure on your account from being compromised, We suggest you do the following to protect your account. First and foremost, change your password information and do not share this information with anyone for any reason.
After doing this, do a full virus/spyware scan of your computer. There is a possibility that certain malicious programs have compromised your account security.
As a last step, please do not share your account for any reason. Doing so greatly increases the chance that your information may accidentally end up with the wrong people.
