What happened to Nexon?

I hope nexon keep their promise and doesnt change from what they are currently doing. Nexoneu have also become more open with the community, I sent 3 EOL´s yesterday and got responded after 20 min on all 3. They also hired more gm´s which lives close to their office and because of european rules, they get paid with real money for this instead of maple points (I think the payment should be around the same as a gas station worker, maybe less or more).

Edit: if you wonder, the EOL´s was about legend patch bugs.
