Fiona won't talk to me, wtp.

I have done the "Seed" quests where I have to get a bunch of them in the Haunted Forest, I can talk to Taggrin and everything too. The only quests I have left in NLC are:

-All of the Bounty Hunters quests (repeats though, I've done the original)
-Finding Jack
-The Brewing Storm

Am I supposed to finish ALL of these quests just to be able to forge a Balanced Fury? wtp.
