Mercedes: Critical % vs. Damage/ATK %?

my situation would go
89% Critical w/ Decent Sharp Eyes

Would I rather get 100% Critical (12% Critical Potential) or more total damage/atk?

(this would be for my non-bossing arrow)

Did you add phantom critical link skill? Cause if you didnt, I'd go for the total dmg.
