It takes a Phantom 8 seconds to fully buff. Do you even understand what DPS is? Do you just think that you take any random second and that's what the damage is? If you randomly select the exact second where a buff is occurring, Phantoms are suddenly pomegranate tier pieces of garbage because their DPS is 0 and that DPM is a better form of measurement because you take it over a minute? I guess if a boss dies in under a minute, your DPM is pomegranate as well. But that's not how it pineappleing works. DPM is DPS * 60 just like a second is minute/60. If you don't understand how the basic mathematical relevance of time works, then get the pineapple out of this thread. If we go by your idiotic assumptions, then the majority of cars would never break any speed limit because the average drive is under an hour. But I guess a moron wouldn't be able to recognise the parallels of this comparison.

Tell me, if you are given a 60 minute limit and you're 2/5 of the way through bubbling a scantron bubble in (Let's say #60/60 on a test for the sake of this scenario) and it take's a 1/2 of a bubble to count, will it magically round up?

Phantom Blow:
810ms normal 6, 607.5ms faster 2, rounded up to 630ms.
60000/630ms = 95.238095238095238095238095238095. Oops. Can't have .238 of a second. Floored to 95.
(95m*6)+ ((95*.7)*6) = 899m in the minute.

Rapid Fire Phantom:
120ms normal 6 and faster 2.
60000/120ms = 500
500m a minute + 500m a minute = 1b a minute.

Edge Carnival:
1020ms normal 6. 780ms faster 2.
60000/780ms = 76.923076923076923076923076923077. Floored to 76.
76 casts * 8 = 608m + 76*.7 * 8 = 1033.6b a minute.
