Personality System Data Collection [WiP]

Oops, I neglected this thread, a bit. :S

But it's updated now! Except for this:

The values are just halved.

Does this means that every value is halved? Or is the first value in the recursive formula halved (20 -> 10)? This makes quite a difference because of the numerous amount of times you round the number. (for example, at level 100 it will be 729 (halved) or 741 (20->10)) If someone can provide some numbers from some random levels, I can figure it out.
