I'm not sure if you understand the point I'm trying to make. Point was, she spams DR during Crash, where as she doesn't spam it during bind, because she CAN'T due to Bind "stunning" her for 20 seconds.
Granted, if your theory is correct, then it doesn't really matter. All it means is finding the DR timer for Empress.

Except for PB. He only casts DR once, during crash, regardless of how many people are in the map fighting him.
