I checked the training references at SouthPerry, and went wraiths ---> hoodoes/voodoes ---> Himes ---> Newts. Because this happened during the Yollande 2x event, (made 4x by cards,) time was crucial and I couldn't afford to train inefficiently. My average lvl gain per day towards the end of the event was 5-6 lvls per day on 4x. All that said, I personally only had trouble hitting stuff when I tried going to Himes at a ridiculously low level. I don't remember the exact lvl I could hit them consistently, but I THINK it was at the early to mid 80s. Having max HS was pretty much prerequisite for getting party anyway. Once I was able to hit them consistently for even crap damage, I mobbed the whole map and brought it to my DK, who then killed all of them, which allowed efficient training. I honestly don't remember having accuracy issues in any other place as lukless cleric/priest/bishop, even though I had clean equips until lvl 131.
