Because it's obvious that the second strongest archer (probably top 5 of all classes now) known for it's mobbing damage definitely needs a 1v1 damage boost so they beat BM/WHs even without SI. /sarcasm

I wouldn't deign to call this a revamp at all. Some really nice stuff for MMs though
