I've seen ToS
otNW, and I have to say that it's the only "Tales Of" game that has ever dissapointed me.
1: The Storyline. Just...no ok, it looks like they gave the ToS rights to some random fanfiction writer and told him to write pomegranate.
2: The graphics. Isn't the Wii stronger than the PS2? Why does it look pomegranatetier than Abyss, hell, even Symphonia 1's graphics are close to being better.
3: The sounds, most of them are crappy remakes of the epic Symphonia 1 songs, seriously.
4: The new Unison attack system sucks, I liked the old one just as it was.
5: The voice acting? pomegranatety, in my opinion.
6: The lack of a World Map is dissapointing
7: Gameplay? Well, not alot of news here. They mainly took scripts from other games (lots of spell incantations from Abyss), and there are only a handful of new artes. The Mystic Artes also don't really impress me as they did in every other game.
Have you heard the sound when you hit an enemy with your weapon? I swear that has to be the most annoying sound ever.
I don't have it yet though, I have watched tons (50+) gameplay videos, on high quality in youtube and other sites, and I still don't know if I'm going to buy it, but chances are that I will. I have money to blow, and if it's on a crappy new game instead of being bored here, I probably will.
