So I may have actually seen some progress on this petition! This morning I got a response to it by a NEXON employee. I sent the petition through the ticketing system and this morning I got this back:

Unfortunatly some features were removed during the recent change as well as quests for balancing issues.Upon review of your ticket we will scincerly think of re-adding features that were displaced or removed having to due with Crimsonwood Keep. For now I will leave this ticket as open and mark it as "Work in Progress" while I forward this information to our development team.
