Also keep having trolls who don't say a word all game and randomly take mid and play terribly. They don't even ask for mid in champ select, they just lock in a champ (nasus several times) and come mid, after I've already arrived there. And then they don't say a word. All game long. Some of them are decent, some of them are terrible. It's confusing and annoying.
IMO, Wriggles isn't really a "must-buy" on Hecarim. Sheen first is much more stable and useful DPS and is much more relevant in ganking than relying on a % chance proc. It also builds into Trinity while Wriggles eventually gets sold and replaced.
