Hmm. You could try maxing E second depending on the both teams' comps.
Junglewick just needs a bunch of conditions to be met in order for him to be viable. Like..... normally WW can't counter-jungle effectively, so you need a mid-laner that can easily steal wraiths. Huehuehue.
People say he's a very strong top laner, which is probably true for solo queue, but you should be able to camp top and pick on him. Trying to remember what team CLG.eu was against because that opposing team just decimated Wickd's Warwick. He barely had 100cs by the end of the game iirc and it was basically a 4v5.

The CD comparison is irrelevant since W lasts 10 seconds, so it's actually the same amount of time that they're not being effective.
E is tricky but only at low levels of the skill. At 5, it's 4700 range which means you could be 2 feet away, stealing your blue, ganking another lane, or anything else. I wish the health it procc'd at scaled with level. :\
Also, tempted to try J4 now even though I don't like Demacian champs much as a rule.
