Nexon saved themselves no work, because they'll probably need to fine-tune the numbers again once HC mode is up and they see where the balance lies.
Very true that in adding these lines it makes a hard job of finding errors.
But it was just a guess, maybe adding all in one DOES cause it to crash more easily.
Besides maaaaaaaybe the just add it like this to cleverly spread the rumours and warm people for the new update
