This doesn't just apply to Raul - most of you have exhibited some strain of racism in this thread already. Be conscientious about what you say and don't look solely to a person's race or upbringing as an explanation for their current status.
I consider myself not racist. As cliche as this is, my best friend for 4 years is from Kenya. Never once did he display this sort of thing. That is why I limited my statement to _African-Americans_. This is because I don't believe it inherent to everyone who is black. I simply believe it is a cultural pathogen. Much like upper-middle class white boys acting like lower class black men.
