Uh, it might just be me, but saying that seems kind of racist, whether or not you know of some people who are like this...

It probably does. And it probably is somewhat stereotypical and generalizes but I am sick and fu'cking tired of black people proclaiming themselves victims from now until the world ends.
Actually, let me revise that. African-Americans. Not all black people. Those that live in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe seem not to have this.
