Solo Horntail?

Hello there, I have a level 153 Hero with a range of 9567 ~ 13667 with max Rage. I have 143 Attack Power and 12 STR Tabarzin with the 30% Damage to Boss potential.

Here's the question. Should I solo Horntail at a low level?

If I should, what's the strategy to fight Horntail?
